Hakem değerlendirmesi süreci sonunda özetleri kabul edilen katılımcılara eposta yoluyla haber verilir. Bildiri sunumuna uygun görülmeyen özetlerin poster olarak sunulması önerilebilir. Bildiri sunumu yerine poster sunumu yapmayı tercih eden başvurular epostada bunu belirtmelidir
